- From verifying incoming invoices and requesting corrected documents to entering incoming documents into our document management system (we use Jobrouter), you’ll handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
- You’ll review and process invoices and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable master data, including communicating with these parties.
- You’ll keep track of our bank accounts, monitor financial balances, and be responsible for internal intercompany billing as well as reconciling cash flows between the Huber Parking companies.
- Processing and posting credit card statements, office cash funds, and travel expense reports will be part of your routine.
- You will record and initiate outgoing payments, prepare outgoing invoices, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable lists as well as clearing accounts.
- In addition, you will reliably assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- You have completed a tax or business administration program, or you’re a career changer* with at least three years of professional experience in accounting.
- Ideally, you’ve worked in international accounting before.
- Ideally, you’re already familiar with our accounting software, DATEV Kanzlei Rechnungswesen and DATEV Zahlungsverkehr, or can quickly learn how to use it. Of course, you’re comfortable working with MS Office.
- A strong aptitude for numbers, excellent mathematical and analytical skills, and a quick grasp of accounting topics are your strengths.
- Since you have very good German skills and good/basic English skills, you’ll find it easy to communicate with your team members, colleagues, tax advisors, and vendors.
- You not only manage day-to-day tasks independently but also take a forward-looking and strategic approach to the future.
